As publisher of the North County Times, I'm concerned about the critical issues affecting our community. Many of our neighbors face daily challenges as they struggle to build better futures for themselves and their families during these difficult times. With your support, we can help nonprofit agencies provide the vital services needed for those less fortunate in North San Diego and Southwest Riverside Counties.
