SDNB names Vista branch manager

San Diego National Bank says that Michael Bevis has been appointed branch manager of the bank's newest branch in Vista, which recently opened.

City designates business ombudsman

VISTA ---- The city of Vista has designated Kevin Ham, economic development director, as its business ombudsman.

Law firm adds to practice group

Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP, which has an office in Del Mar Heights, says that W. David Osborne is joining the law firm's San Diego office as a member of the Labor & Employment practice group.

Newland Communities selects VP

Newland Communities has chosen Del Mar resident Robert Bernstein to serve as vice president and chief information officer for the company.

GVA IPC officer earns designation

Carlsbad resident Bruce Haulley, a vice president with brokerage firm GVA IPC, has earned his certified commercial investment member designation.

H.G. Fenton Co. employees honored

Several H.G. Fenton Co. employees in North County received awards at the San Diego County Apartment Association's recent Mark of Excellence awards program.
