ESCONDIDO ---- Realty Income Corp. on Wednesday announced that its board of directors declared a common stock dividend of 11.125 cents per share, payable on Aug. 15 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 1. The dividend represents an annualized rate of $1.335 per share.
HM Electronics plans job fair
Poway-based HM Electronics Inc., which manufactures wireless communications technologies, is holding a job fair from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at 14110 Stowe Drive.
Personnel group to sponsor workshop

Premier Coastal chooses agency

Good & Roberts takes on projects
Vista company Good & Roberts Inc. has finished tenant improvement construction of the Combo Cap Laboratory Expansion project at Gen-Probe Inc. in San Diego.

MIR3, REV enter into agreement

Sales strong at Calavera Hills
CARLSBAD ---- McMillin Homes and Brookfield Homes have reported an average of more than 25 home sales per month during the last 18 months in the master-planned community of Calavera Hills.
Seacoast Science awarded contract
Sensor technology company Seacoast Science Inc., based in Carlsbad, has been awarded a $750,000 Phase II Small Business Innovation Research contract from the Department of Homeland Security. The company will develop microscopic sensors to detect chemicals used to make explosives.
ImageWare receives certification
ImageWare Systems, a Rancho Bernardo-based provider of digital imaging, biometric and identification solutions, says that it has received certification for interoperability with the Mexican National Public Security System's Automated Fingerprint Identification System.
The company also recently announced that Technology Marketing Corp.'s BiometriTech magazine online (www.biometritech.com) has named the IWS Biometric Engine as a recipient of a 2004 Product of the Year Award.
