DBA reactivates economic panel
ESCONDIDO ---- The Downtown Business Association of Escondido reactivated the Economic Development Committee to work with the city of Escondido. Board member Mike Peters was named committee chairman; his team consists of Mark Baker of Baker Enterprises; Alex Galenes of America's Best Business Brokers; Nancy Dunlap of Dunlap, Klingsmith, Dunlap and Peck; Floyd Farley of Graybill Medical; and Jo Ann Case of the city of Escondido.
Hendler a top producer for Grubb & Ellis

Gnibus has new post at BRG
SAN DIEGO ---- BRG Consulting Inc., an environmental planning firm, promoted Tim Gnibus to vice president.
Gnibus has worked on behalf of BRG for various agencies, including the cities of San Marcos and Poway and San Diego County.
Strange to serve as founding principal
SAN DIEGO ---- Brian Strange will serve as founding principal of a new real estate brokerage entity created by a merger of Lee & Associates and Retail Properties Group Inc., which will be effective July 15. The new San Diego office of Lee & Associates will operate from RPG's space at 3262 Holiday Court in La Jolla.
Strange was tapped by Lee & Associates' Carlsbad office last fall to form key alliances that would allow the firm to rapidly expand into the central San Diego market. Before joining Lee & Associates, he was vice president of Burnham Real Estate, based in the company's Carlsbad office.
Patrick Quinn will serve as senior vice president and founding principal of the new office, and Joe Balla will serve as president and founding principal. Quinn was senior vice president of GVA IPC, which has an office in Carlsbad; Balla is past president of the San Diego County Commercial Association of Realtors.

Dullea assumes more responsibilities
SAN MARCOS ---- Natural Alternatives International Inc., a formulator, manufacturer and marketer of customized nutritional supplements, says that John Dullea has assumed additional responsibilities as executive vice president and will be responsible for the company's sales and marketing activities. Dullea also serves as president of Real Health Laboratories Inc., NAI's recently acquired, wholly owned subsidiary.
Tecca sets record for LOGO
VISTA ---- Promotional products company LOGO Expressions Inc. says that Frank Tecca, e-commerce manager, set a record for the largest sale in the company's history: $150,000.
Carlsbad chamber members noted
- Tamara J. Gonzalez, a district sales manager for E-chx Inc., was named the March Ambassador of the Month for the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce.
- Toni Padron, executive vice president of the Carlsbad chamber, was part of the Western Association of Chamber Executives Academy's first graduating class.
