    Computer instructors needed

FALLBROOK ---- Fallbrook SeniorNet has been inundated with students seeking computer instruction. As a result, the group needs volunteer instructors and people willing to assist instructors in the classroom as coaches.

SeniorNet says its approach of quality instruction, small class sizes (no more than seven in a learning group) and lots of one-on-one attention, has been popular with senior students. Not only do seniors completing courses want to continue their computer education, but they tell their friends about the fun they've had and how satisfying the experience is. As a result, the waiting list grows.

The ideal instructor or coach is not a technical guru. Candidates simply need to have a basic working knowledge of computers and, more importantly, a desire to help students who are willing to learn. All lesson materials are provided by SeniorNet. Volunteer instructors and coaches receive free SeniorNet membership and may attend SeniorNet classes for free. Anyone interested in instructing, coaching or finding out more about SeniorNet should contact Russ Hatfield at (760) 728-0855.
