North County Business Briefs: RE/MAX to hold softball tourney

POWAY ---- RE/MAX Associates is hosting its first coed softball tournament, which will benefit the Children's Miracle Network, starting at 9 a.m. Oct. 14 at Sportsplex USA, 12349 McIvers Court. Leases signed at Carmel Point


RANCHO BERNARDO ---- Several large leases were signed at the three-building Carmel Point office project on Avenue of Science, bringing occupancy to 90 percent. Among the complex's lessees are the team of Richard Gonor, Tony Russell and Brian Starck; Audatex North America; Sequoia Communications; Northrop Grumman; and Allstate Insurance.
