DBA announces board changes

ESCONDIDO -- The Downtown Business Association has appointed two new board members, and two members to the board's executive committee, officials announced recently.
Mike Peters, president of The Bank of Escondido, has been appointed board vice president, and Scott Peck, a partner at Dunlap, Dunlap and Peck, has been appointed chief financial officer.
Two new board members are Lisa Gulliver, owner of Architectural Relics, and Janathan Allen, Partner of Allen-Barron Inc.
Gulliver and Allen add more diversity to the board with Gulliver representing the retail community and Allen representing the professional community, association officials said.
