Lake Havasu City -- Lee F. Lathrop, 76, died, Saturday, June 23, 2007.
Born Nov. 24, 1930, in Portsmouth, N.H., she lived in Lake Havasu City for 25 years. She received her nursing degree at Concord State University in New Hampshire. She continued her career as a head surgical nurse at the Oceanside Hospital in Oceanside for 12 years and later worked for various specialized doctors for the remainder of her nursing career. Mrs. Lanthrop and her husband were the owners of Snug Harbor Marina in Carlsbad for 12 years.
Mrs. Lanthrop is survived by her husband of almost 50 years, Fred Lathrop; son Rick Lathrop; daughter Cindy Lathrop; sister Nancy Robinson and three grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 7, at Eternal Hills in Oceanside, with Dr. Miller officiating.
