ESCONDIDO -- Monte Archer 63, died Monday, June 11, 2007, at home in Pomona.
Mr. Archer was born March 14, 1944, in South Gate and graduated from Escondido High School in 1963. He has been a resident of Pomona for the last 40 years. He was a machinist for 38 years and a member of the Eastside Christian Church of Fullerton.
Mr. Archer is survived by his wife, Helen, of Pomona; son Ron Archer of Pomona; daughter Rhonda Archer of Pomona; mother Louise Nielsen of Escondido; sister Carol Clauzel of Colville, Wash.; and brother Mike Archer of La Mesa.
Entombment is in Pomona Valley Memorial Park Mausoleum. Todd Mortuary and Memorial Chapel in Pomona handled the arrangements.
