see for yourself wrote on Sep 25, 2007 12:35 AM:Let me get this right, Gov. you committed more tax dollars, when taxpayers pay 171k, each, for Riverside, criminial judges, public defenders, and district attorneys to conspire, defraud, and drag out until they get guilty plea's,I can see why they have a back log, most would if 100% conviction rate exists. Why are so many people alledging various police agencies manufacturing criminal charges against them-- innocent people. So we are paying city gov. to comit crimes against us citizens. so I challenge any of theses officials mentioned to accept max sentence for each occurance of unlawful delay, falsified court record, every cs found where prem hearing is over 6 months. Responsible news staff, run an article asking citizens to come forward. if they feel any of this happened to them: rec'd false chgs, sit all day, there every month, nothing ever done, how many times asked to waive time, friend or family disallowed in court, or asked to plea guilty, investg done, any motion filed on their behalf. or got tired of coming mth after mth pleaded glty to rec. fine/probation or fine/weekend jail. the email boxes would fill up so fast, you wouldn't believe it. So when a good judge does he's ethical duty and asks the DA why? A judge doesnt have to ask DA, wrong. judical power was given to DA...surprised. So when a DA violates the law...you accuse the judge of misconduct. A whole county of corrupt criminals violating citizens rights, but their doing more than that. Corruption is a top-down event. How many citizen know that the impartial courts have atty representation? Why? courts work against you not for you. any time a court makes a mistake that costs you money or time, you'll get a call from their attys, refusing pay, and 30pages of releasing any liability. let you not pay...and its jail you go. The judical council & state bar only represent them not you the victim. jcc works like this, they rec. your compliant, then send to judge to true or false. Is that judge going to tell on himself? then they write you back and say they found no cause. State bar works likewise. But understand this 1 difference, if your atty commits a crime against you, like theft or misconduct. even if you have concrete proof. why? They been given immunity for any crime...You should be saying WHAT??? they hide it right out in plain view, on their website no-less. download it because it would be there once they learn of this comment. So what does all this say? Criminials...top to bottom.
