The following freeways and highways were closed as of 7:30 p.m. Tuesday:
Interstate 15 at the northbound and southbound offramps to Mission Road are closed.
Interstate 15 at the northbound and southbound ramps to West Bernardo/Pomerado Road.
State Route 67 from Poway Road to Highland Valley Road.
State Route 76 from Pauma Reservation to Junction Route 79.
State Route 76 from Mission Road to Old Highway 395.
State Route 78 from Bear Valley Parkway to Santa Ysabel/Junction Route 79.
State Route 79 between State Route 78 and State Route 76 ---- a detour is available.

WHERE TO HELP OR GET HELP
Companies can call (800) 750-2858 between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. to make in-kind donations. Operators from the Governor's Office of Emergency Services will match donations to disaster efforts across Southern California.
Individuals wishing to make a financial donation through the American Red Cross can call 1-800-REDCROSS or 1-800-257-7575 (Spanish), or make a secure contribution online at www.redcross.org.
Training will be held at Horizon Christian Fellowship Church, 5331 Mt. Allifan Drive, San Diego.
The Red Cross is currently not providing any support, said Shawnee Burdick. Call (760) 594-2795 for information.
Donors can also give blood at the following donation centers: 440 Upas St. in San Diego, 680 Fletcher Parkway in El Cajon and 1727 Sweetwater Road in National City.
Donation centers at 1340 W. Valley Parkway in Escondido and 161 Thunder Drive in Vista may remain closed depending on the air quality.
