SAN DIEGO -- The boyfriend of a San Diego woman, upset with her 2- year-old daughter for wetting the bed, whipped, scalded, and threw the child's head against a wall, causing her death, a prosecutor told a jury Friday.
In his closing argument, prosecutor Harrison Kennedy told jurors that the abuse of Kenvesia Blount started when Rodney Jeffcoat, 45, started dating her mother, Trevesia Blount, in December 2005.
