At 9 p.m., investigators from the medical examiner's office were unable to release any information about the victims.

Karen and Andres wrote on Mar 31, 2008 11:15 PM:We were driving from San Diego, to our first visit to Harrahs-Rincon a small 2 day vacation from our hectic lives we lead.. when I kept telling my husband to hurry!! Hurry!! We had left Sandiego late and did not want to be on VC road in the dark, for we had never driven it before. He did not listen, for he is one not to hurry and now I know why. @ 7:26 we drove very slowly towards what we thought to be a body on the side of the road, as we slowly passed and saw another body 50 feet up ahead we pulled over between the two, and as we looked further saw the car in the middle of the road with an alarm going, the motorcycle in flames, we realized what was happening. No police, fire or amb. around yet..My husband went over to (Lisa) bent down and asked if she could hear him...no answer, as this was happening I went over to (Andrew...Fish) it seemed we were the first to find them. And realized that the reck had probably just happened 20 seconds before we arrived. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN US THAT THEY HIT. Never again in my life will I tell my husband to hurry. These two young souls sound like amazing wonderful people by the comments I have been reading the last few days, and that they gave much joy to others while they were alive. Well, rest assured I am here to tell you that even in their death as tragic as it was, they have taught many a lesson that may save others lives in the future...SLOW DOWN, and Never be in a hurry. We are all LUCKY and BLESSED to be alive, and that our decisions and judgements affect not only ourselves but others. As cars started to line up on either side and a man asked us if we had a blanket, we vaugely heard the sirens in the back ground. Knowing it was out of our hands we got into our vehicle and slowly drove away. For before that moment in time all we could think was "go" "go" "go", and now deep in my heart was the murmur "just go slow, just go slow". May God bless both families and friends of the deceased. And The other driver of the other vehicle, because no matter whose fault it turned out to be, the ones left living need to have peace.

Family and friends. Your daughter Lisa has brought great honor to me and my family when she made my daughters magnificent floral arrangement for her funeral. Our Hearts and Prayers go out to you and
your family. We are so very sorry for your loss.
I just want you to know how much she loved her MOM & DAD! She was so very proud of you both.
Lisa worked for me at Ivy Gardens this past year until my sister Tammy became ill. She came back to help Vicki, my mother and I with my sister Tammy's funeral floral arrangements.
Lisa's talent was amazing! Her smile we will never forget. She was an inspiration to us all. I will never forget her.
And I do believe Lisa and Tammy are in HEAVEN together. GOD now has two more beautiful flowers in his garden.
Sincerely, Jill

Amber wrote on Apr 8, 2008 4:13 PM:Andrew was a wonderful and loving person. Because of someone else’s reckless driving I will never be able to hold my boyfriend in my arms again. Andrew was speeding yes, however what you don’t hear in the papers is how the 50 some year old crossed the double yellow line and hit drew head on, who was also heading in a high rated speed. In no way shape or form is that fair, a car against a street bike. In all the accidents that I see on the job the street bike never wins. 99% are not the riders fault, but yet some one who didn’t see them. It’s sad that in one night many people lost two friends and or family members. But that doesn’t give the right to point the finger at Drew. Drew was a smart young kid with his whole life ahead of him. You just have to take what you read in the papers with a grain of salt. Please don’t talk about Andrew in a negative way; you would want people to do that when you pass. Drew, may you watch over us and keep us safe. Love Amber

Can you please respond...Did Drew say anything when you approached him. Was he responsive? Did you comfort him?
