The Storm haven't lost their lead in the California League South Division standings. At least not yet.

Lake Elsinore dropped its sixth straight game Sunday in Modesto, losing 11-0 behind a shutout from Nuts right-hander Aneury Rodriguez.

He fanned six batters over nine innings and limited the Storm (17-20) to one hit and two walks in Lake Elsinore's fourth shutout during their six-game trek through the North Division.

Robert Perry's sixth-inning double was the Storm's lone hit in the game. Modesto, meanwhile, banged out 12 hits, including a homer from Matthew Repec and two doubles apiece from Anthony Jackson and Michael McKenry.

McKenry drove in three runs and Jackson and Mike Paulk each drove in a pair.

Storm starter Corey Kluber (1-4) didn't make it out of the fifth inning. He allowed five runs ---- four earned ---- on six hits and two walks in 4 2/3 innings. He struck out three batters and saw his earned-run average rise to 7.05.

Out of the bullpen, John Madden and Dylan Axelrod combined for six runs ---- five earned ---- on six hits and four walks in 3 1/3 innings of relief.
