SAN MARCOS: Stabbing victim arrested on warrant
By North County Times | ∞
SAN MARCOS ---- A man who was apparently stabbed by his girlfriend in a domestic dispute Thursday was later arrested at the hospital on felony warrant, a Sheriff's Department lieutenant said.
Someone called authorities at 11:20 a.m. to say they thought a man who had been stabbed at an apartment in the 200 block of Knoll Road was being driven to the hospital, Lt. Larry Nesbit said. About 20 minutes later, Palomar Medical Center in Escondido notified deputies that a man in his 30s had come in with a stab wound to his stomach, Nesbit said.
Deputies went to the hospital, where they talked to the victim and discovered he had a felony warrant for this arrest. His injuries are not life-threatening, and he will be taken into custody when he recovers, Nesbit said. His name was unavailable Thursday.
Meanwhile, detectives from the sheriff's domestic violence unit went to the San Marcos apartment. While there, the stabbing suspect returned and was detained for questioning. It was not immediately known whether she was arrested.

Oh that's right, it's only discrimination if you're here illegally, two different sets of laws for two different races.
Things need to change.

I do find it interesting, however, that you assumed it was a latino here illegally. Article doesn't give a name or race. Funny how some assumptions really do follow reality.
