POWAY: Women's center to offer mom-baby yoga classes

POWAY ---- Mothers of infants are invited to enroll themselves and their babies in a series of yoga classes at Pomerado Hospital's Jean McLaughlin Women's Center.
Registered yoga instructor Erin Noland will lead the "Infant Mommy & Me Yoga" classes, which will start Monday and continue for six weeks. Designed for mothers whose infants are four weeks to 1 year old but have not started walking, the classes will feature baby-centered exercises designed to help new moms stay in shape and spend quality time with their children.
Each class will run from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Each mother should bring a blanket.
Cost is $60, with advance registration required. The women's center is in the outpatient pavilion at Pomerado Hospital, 15611 Pomerado Road.
