REGION: Vista company gets $52M military food contract

VISTA -- US Foodservice/Joseph Webb Division has been awarded a $52 million food distribution contract by the Department of Defense. The company is the prime contractor, according to the Tuesday announcement.

All branches of the armed services are customers. The contract is an option exercised by the department to an existing two-year contract.
