CARLSBAD -- Arbitrators hearing a contract dispute over the Four Seasons Resort Aviara held off deciding the matter until next month.

The owners of the five-star hotel, Broadreach Capital Partners and Maritz, Wolff & Co. seek to oust its management company, Four Seasons Ltd., of Toronto.

In an e-mail, Four Seasons Ltd. spokesman Tony Pistillo said the matter has been held over until the week of June 15.

"At the direction of the arbitration panel, we have no further comment," Pistillo said.
