OCEANSIDE - Construction will begin this month on a new facility for North County Health Services, which is part of a 25,685-square-foot office condominium project being built by the Genesis L.A. Real Estate Fund.

The project, on two acres at the corner of Apple and Crouch Streets just north of Oceanside Boulevard, is adjacent to the Oceanside Sprinter station. Called Loma Alta Village, it will include a 12,000-square-foot health services facility and two free-standing buildings of 9,800 and 3,885 square feet along with parking for 112 vehicles.

The buildings will be offered for sale by Jeff Abramson and Mark Randall of Grubb & Ellis/BRE, and Larry O'Harra of O'Harra Commercial Properties.

The Genesis L.A. Real Estate Fund is managed by Shamrock Capital Advisors, the real estate arm for the Roy Disney Family, and San Diego-based Paladin Real Estate Group.
