TEMECULA -- Harry's Pacific Grill, which has a 2-year-old pair of restaurants in Rancho Cucamonga and on Margarita Road near The Promenade shopping center, has been merged into the Custom Restaurant and Hospitality Group Inc., according to a press release from the group.
In exchange, the group ceded 57 percent of its shares to Westmoore Partners Inc. and Westmoore Investment LP. Custom shares traded for about 5 cents each on an over-the-counter exchange Thursday. Custom reported having just $2,190 cash on hand as of Jan. 31.
