SOLANA BEACH —— Solana Beach-based Senior Resource Group and Conn.-based Starwood Capital Group purchased two properties from Florida-based HealthTrust America; The Carlisle Naples and The Carlisle Palm Beach, both in Florida.

The Carlisle Naples contains 350 units of Independent and Assisted Living apartments within a three-story mid-rise development located on a 17-acre site. The Carlisle Palm Beach is situated on a 7-acre site featuring three separate buildings containing 310 Independent and Assisted Living apartment units.

SRG's corporate headquarters is located at 500 Stevens Avenue, Suite 100, Solana Beach.

Aviation group reorganizes under new name

CARLSBAD —— North County Community Airports Association has renamed itself as San Diego Regional Aviation Association. The group will be an advocate for all aspects of the aviation community, assisting aircraft owners, operators and local aviation-related businesses and organizations.

SDRAA's next general meeting will be at noon Wednesday at the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce, 5934 Priestly Drive in Carlsbad.
