NStor selling subsidiary
CARLSBAD -- NStor Technologies Inc., a Carlsbad-based developer of storage-network solutions, says it has agreed to sell its telemanagement subsidiary, Stonehouse Technologies, to Symphony Services Corp., a provider of technology-based outsourcing services, for a total of $6.7 million. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of this year.
New symbol for American Eagle
CARLSBAD -- American Eagle Manufacturing Co. Inc., which manufactures custom motorcycles, says it will begin trading on the Over the Counter listings under the new symbol AEMF.
