My predictions for Harry in "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" is that he will join the Order of the Phoenix and there he will search for and find the remaining horcruxes. I do not think that Voldemort will triumph, but whether Harry survives I do not know.
-- Paige Schroeder, 16, San Marcos
In Book 7, Voldemort will die because Harry Potter and the DA will kill him. I don't think Dumbledore's dead because he hinted to Malfoy that he could fake death. Snape and Bellatrix will pay for joining Voldemort. Ron and Hermione will become a couple.
-- Derick Hodges, 12, Oceanside
I have included my own predictions and evidence from mugglenet.com:
- RAB is Regulus Black (the dead brother of Sirius)
- A search for horcruxes
- The real locket is in Number 12, Grimmauld Place
- Harry might be a horcrux and might have to kill himself.
-- Colton Crowe, 13, Oceanside
My Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Predictions: In Book 7, Harry will struggle over his feelings of hate and fight the urge to give into the tendencies passed to him by Voldemort. He will sacrifice love and friends for his missions of revenge. The last stand will show whether good really does triumph over evil and power.
-- Leah Crisler, 15, San Marcos
Regarding "Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows": In the end, we will see Harry as an old, but wizened, wizard. Although aged, Harry will be an admirable wizard whose ultimate end is left to the viewer's imagination. J.K. Rowling will not kill Harry. We, the viewers, know he will eventually succumb because he is a mortal being.
-- June Austin, 68, Oceanside
In the final Harry Potter book I think that Voldemort will die. I also think that Harry will find a connection so that he will be able to talk to Sirius. I think Hermione and Ron will go follow Harry as he looks for the other Horcruxes.
-- Sarah Foster, 10, Fallbrook
I think that in "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" is that people will find out that Dumbledore faked his own death and will return to help Harry kill Voldemort (aka You Know Who).
-- Sarah Cousins, 11, Oceanside
In the end, Harry Potter will live. Snape, who has always loved Harry's mother Lily Potter, will sacrifice himself for Harry Potter. Snape will give Harry Potter his unconditional love, just like his mother did, and in doing so will prevent Lord Voldemort from attacking Harry Potter. In the end I believe that Harry will kill Lord Voldemort with help from Snape.
-- Zachary Smith, 26, Vista
I believe that due to the challenges facing Harry, members of the Order of the Phoenix must train him in the ways of an Auror. Killing Voldemort is impossible to accomplish alone. Therefore many Hogwarts students will be taught to serve as backup. Voldemort will underestimate his opponents, thinking his power unmatched, and will fall to Harry's wand. It is likely that the Boy-Who-Lived will also die during this final battle with the Dark Lord to create more drama in the end of the series.
-- Dayna Wallace, 13, Valley Center
I think Harry is not going back to Hogwarts, and he will find the rest of the Horcruxes and destroy them. Then he'll battle Voldemort and kill him. A new bad guy will form and Harry goes out with Ginny again. Tonks and Remus get married. Fleur and Bill do, too.
-- Robin Hansen, 13, Roseburg, Ore.
In the last Harry Potter book, Harry will be given a job at Hogwarts. I also believe a family secret will be revealed.
-- Brandon Morris, 11, Port Angeles, Wash.
Harry walked past the three gravestones: Hagrid's, decorated with a stone dragon; Dumbledore's with a phoenix, and Snape's topped by a wolf. Harry was looking forward to the wedding of Ron and Hermione in the spring. His magic powers were gone, spent in the destruction of Voldemort, but his friends would always be his friends. Harry had just moved into Godric's Hollow. His life had changed. This would be his last visit to Hogwarts. Professor McGonagall had given him a kind of temporary transfiguration into the wizard he had been -- the famous Harry Potter with the lightning-shaped scar.
