Keyways introduces new tasting glasses: Temecula's Keyways Vineyard & Winery has shattered the tradition of using stemmed wine goblets in its tasting room by introducing new stemless tumblers for members of its Master Key Wine Club. Popular in Europe, the new glasses (which look exactly like a wine glass without the stem) are sturdier, less likely to tip over and easier to clean. Purists prefer holding the stem of a wine glass to keep their body heat from warming the wine, so Keyways is chilling the tumblers before serving white wine (which is traditionally served chilled).
