Participants at the Girls World Explosion in Escondido visited booths that advertised volunteer opportunities and highlighted careers in law enforcement, science, sports and fashion, and visited conference rooms with speakers on everything from eating disorders and building self-confidence to global warming while educating themselves about life as a teen and the world that lies ahead.
