Dave Roberts' co-workers for the last 21 years have been some serious animals who have a great love for raw fish cuisine. As Sea World's assistant curator of animal training, this Mount Carmel High School alum gets to spend his day with a few mischievous otters, a couple of sea lions and one 1,800-pound walrus. He also trains the staff who as a team work and perform in Sea World's "Risky Rescue" sea lion and otter show, one of the longest-running shows at the park. Roberts and his team don't just play with the stars of the show, but also give them the best care.
