OCEANSIDE: Former Tri-City chief files suit

OCEANSIDE ---- Former Tri-City Medical Center chief executive Arthur Gonzalez has sued the public hospital in state court, alleging that he is owed $128,431 in unpaid leave hours that were on the books when he agreed to part ways with Tri-City and eventually take a new job in Minnesota.
