Diegueno Middle School teacher Robert Shockney, the Associated Student Body adviser at the Encinitas campus, has his head shaved into a Mohawk after Diegueno students collected more than 8,400 cans of food during a recent canned food drive. The drive benefited the Encinitas Community Resource Center as it prepared for its Thanksgiving efforts to feed the needy.
