FALLBROOK - A number of companies and organizations received Cornucopia Awards from the Fallbrook Union Elementary School District for their support of school programs.
- 1st Battalion 5th Marines 1st Marine Division: Recognized for providing tutoring/mentoring services to students at San Onofre School.
- Albertsons: Recognized for donating juice boxes and water for Live Oak School's ELAC, the Community Partners Program (La Paloma and Mary Fay Pendleton) and percentage of receipts back to school (Maie Ellis).
- Angel Society: Recognized for $500 toward the fourth-grade Pilgrim Trip at San Onofre School, donating money for the purchase of books at William H. Frazier School, donating $2,000 to the Mike Choate Early Childhood Education Center, providing several classroom grants at Potter Jr. High, providing clothing and shoes for the Health Tech's office at Fallbrook Street School and field trip support for Maie Ellis School.
- Armed Services YMCA: Recognized for providing the Operation Hero program to the students at Mary Fay Pendleton.

- Assistance League of Laguna Beach: Recognized for the $18,000 donation to purchase LCD projectors at San Onofre School.
- Baskin Robbins: Recognized for ice cream coupons donated for student recognition program at La Paloma.
- BetterWorld Together Foundation: Recognized for donating $10,000 to the District's Parents As Teachers Program.
- Big Brothers/Big Sisters: Recognized for mentoring services to the students at San Onofre School and Mary Fay Pendleton.

- Fallbrook Art Association: Recognized for bringing the artists from Fallbrook to Mary Fay Pendleton's sixth-grade classes and for Community Volunteers who provide art instruction classes at La Paloma and Mary Fay Pendleton.
