The Santa Margarita District of the Boy Scouts of America recently honored Eagle Scout Nicholas Kotsyubko from Carlsbad Troop 773 with its Bronze Palm Award, given to Scouts who have received their Eagle Award, earned five additional merit badges, are active in Scouting and demonstrate leadership. Nicholas is a senior at Carlsbad High School. Call 760-757-4762.
