The Carlsbad Hi-Noon Rotary Club recently awarded its quarterly "Spirit of Service" award to Rotarian Robyn Hill. Patty Johnson, left, presented the award and crown to Hill for her leadership and commitment to the club's charity projects and Carlsbad education and reading programs.
