The Rancho Bernardo Sunrise Rotary Club has given three Paul Harris Fellowship Awards to Beth Moon, David Breitweiser and Madeline Grace Breitweiser. The award is one of the highest honors Rotary can bestow. Recipients are typically Rotarians, professionals and community leaders who are recognized for their outstanding contributions to those around them.
