The committee that suggested the Temecula Valley Council of Parent Teachers Association draft a letter expressing concern about the potential health impacts from the proposed Liberty Quarry was misidentified in an article on page B-1 of Thursday's edition.
The PTA's advocacy committee made the recommendation. The committee, made up of parents from across the Temecula Valley Unified School District, takes up issues that could affect all children in the area.
