The seven candidates vying this fall for two open seats on the Escondido City Council will square off in a forum Wednesday morning at City Hall.
The forum, which will run from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m., is sponsored by the Escondido Chamber of Commerce.
The candidates include Mayor Lori Holt Pfeiler, Councilwoman Marie Waldron, former Councilman Ed Gallo, contractor Jim Crone, public policy analyst Jason Everitt, businessman Richard Barron and office manager Carmen Miranda.
Election Day is Nov. 2.
