ESCONDIDO ---- Work will begin Monday on improvements to East Valley Parkway from Beven Drive to the Escondido city limits, Escondido officials announced recently.
The streets will be given a new pavement overlay by George Weir Asphalt. The work is expected to continue from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. through Wednesday.
Area residents may experience delays and are encouraged to consider alternate routes, city officials said. Questions can be directed to George Bennett, the field engineering inspector, at 760-807-8455.
