MENIFEE - The Menifee Valley Incorporation Committee will host a presentation and discussion on the proposed cityhood effort at 6:30 p.m. Friday.
The benefits of cityhood, ways to get involved and how it might affect the quality of life and public safety will be on the agenda.
Cityhood proponents are hoping to incorporate Menifee, Sun City and Quail Valley as one city. The Local Agency Formation Commission is scheduled Oct. 25 to hear a report on the plan and possibly make a decision on the matter.
Wednesday's discussion will be at the rural center at Hahn and Garbani roads.
