In Memoriam

Jerry L. Conner

12/27/1942 - 12/23/2006

Where are you my love? One moment you were with me and then he next your soul had been freed.

I prayed to our Father to release you from the horrible living you were enduring; however, the true miracle I wanted was God to reintervene again, and we would laugh and say "Not this time again."

God gave us an additional three years to rearrange our lives. We moved to BHC, used our Waverunners at the lake nearly every day and when the weather cooled we rode our ATVs and explored the beautiful desert. We had health problems with me, but altogether, our lives together were pretty perfect.

I thank God for allowing us those extra days, months and years together. I am sorry I

wasn't perfect but I love you with my entire being.

I promise you, Jerry, I will try very hard not to criticize those that are such easy targets. God judges all man. The relatives and friends I thought would hold my hand have disappeared. The pain is excruciating but I do have friends and relatives who have persevered. You know, Honey, trying to make you comfortable and live with dignity was my primary concern but if I had a choice, I would of traded to allow you to live longer and spread your lovingness, sweetness and "dorky" jokes.

I suspect you will never read this, but I wanted to pay tribute to a man who was a loving faher, grandfather and husband.

I hope you had a blessed Christmas and you were granted your wish on your 64th birthday.

I miss and love you, Jerry. Your wife, Darlene
