TEMECULA ---- Fire damaged an apartment Thursday, but no one was hurt, Riverside County Fire Department officials said.
About 11:30 a.m., a fire was reported at the Morning Ridge Apartments on Milky Way Drive in Temecula, Fire Department spokeswoman Jody Hagemann said.
When firefighters arrived, residents had safely exited, and smoke was coming from one apartment, Hagemann said.
Firefighters extinguished the blaze within about 15 minutes, confining it to one room, Hagemann said.
The fire's cause is under investigation, she said.
