VISTA -- Emergency vehicles will be at Guajome Park Academy in Vista on Friday for an "Every 15 Minutes" program, in which students and rescue personnel will re-enact the aftermath of a deadly crash to discourage teen drinking and driving.
The program will involve air and land emergency vehicles coming and going from the campus between 10 a.m. and noon, school officials said.
When the national "Every 15 Minutes" program was created in 1992, someone died every 15 minutes in an alcohol-related crash.
