WILDOMAR ---- Mayor Bridgette Moore is scheduled to talk about the city's progress amid its second year of existence with a "State of the City" address March 9.
The event takes place at 8 a.m. at D'Canters Wine Bar and Grill, 32100 Clinton Keith Road, Suite A.

After decades under Riverside County's land-use jurisdiction, voters in February 2008 approved Wildomar's incorporation and elected a City Council. The community officially became a city on July 1 of that year.
