WILDOMAR ---- A Tuesday evening fire did about $100,000 damage to an abandoned home, but no one was injured, authorities said Wednesday.

The fire at the 2,500-square-foot home on Elizabeth Lane and Prielipp Road was reported at 7:20 p.m., said Riverside County Fire Department spokeswoman Jody Hagemann. The home was not a total loss, she said.

The fire's cause was under investigation.
