EDITORIAL: Arts center will remain a city expense

Escondido's taxpayers will be on the hook for years to come for the city's performing arts center. And while there has been plenty of finger-pointing regarding its recent deficit of nearly three-quarters of a million dollars, residents trying to pin blame need to look no further than their bathroom mirrors.
