Quarterback Brett Salisbury, who grew up in Escondio and is the brother of former NFL quarterback Sean Salisbury, has signed a three-year contract to play quarterback and act as offensive coordinator for the Prague Panthers in the Czech Republic of the European Federation of American Football.
